Fees & Insurance
I believe it’s important to have a clear understanding of the financial side of therapy before we begin. Below you’ll find information about session fees, insurance, and options for using out-of-network benefits.
Session Fees
Individual Therapy: $165 per session
Family Therapy: $200 per session
These rates apply if you are paying privately or choose not to use your health insurance benefits.
Insurance
I am currently an in-network provider with:
Aetna
UnitedHealthcare
If you plan to use insurance, your individual cost will depend on your specific plan and benefits, including any deductible, copay, or coinsurance.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If I am not in network with your insurance provider, you may still be eligible to receive reimbursement for a portion of the cost of therapy through your out-of-network benefits.
I partner with Mentaya, a service that helps clients understand and use their out-of-network benefits. You can use the link below to check your benefits and get an estimate of what your plan may reimburse for therapy.

Checking your benefits does not commit you to scheduling therapy.
Questions?
Insurance can be confusing, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. If you have questions about fees, insurance, or using out-of-network benefits, we can discuss them during your consultation.
