About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience working with adults navigating emotional and behavioral challenges, relationship concerns, mood disorders, substance use, and trauma. My approach is trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, and grounded in psychoeducation, with an emphasis on helping you understand yourself and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

I keep therapy clear and conversational—no clinical jargon, no passive “mmhmms.” This work is active and intentional. If you’re looking solely for a space to vent, I may not be the best fit. Instead, I aim to help you make sense of what’s happening and move toward meaningful change. I won’t impose my beliefs or values on you, though I’m transparent when it feels helpful.

I approach therapy with authenticity, honesty, and compassion. My goal is for you to feel genuinely heard and seen while we identify patterns in your life and relationships and explore how to shift them, if and when you’re ready. Together, we work on approaching the hurt or “broken” parts of yourself with curiosity and care—so they no longer take over or lead you to act in ways that don’t serve you.

I am trained in Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), and certified in Somatic Therapy for Complex Trauma.
